Google Reader is Closing...BlogLovin,here we come

If the reports are anything to go by,then many if not all of you will be missing my posts in future if you are still using google reader.
The best way to still keep up to date with the work I am doing here on blogger is to import all your google reader blogs to BlogLovin.
It is not a hassle at all,just click HERE...I have just done it myself so I will be receiving your updates on Blog Lovin now when you upload.....thanks girls:)

Project Gain Weight Tip-Eat Breakfast

I am very happy to inform you that eating breakfast has done nothing but good to me in the past month since I started.I have been struggling to gain weight since 2010 after I lost a stone in under 2 weeks. I did everything  I could think of incl eating potatoes and other carbs late in the evening,eating bigger portions,eating more in the day,snacking,drinking more water but I am proud to say I have found a solution to gaining weight for those of us girls who take forever to fit in the nice clothes hanging in our wardrobes.
I have gained 7kg which is more than half a stone which means I am no more a size 6 but almost a size 8 which means I can wear all the clothes I bought in sizes 8 in the past 2 years hoping I would gain some pounds.
I am happy to say,I am not losing  any weight,I don't feel too light,I feel healthy and good and look good in my clothes and that to me just cuts it.
If you are looking to gain a steady and healthy weight,please EAT YOUR BREAKFAST and if you want to lose weight too,stop eating breakfast or reduce the portion significantly....PS:I lost weight because I stopped eating in the mornings without realising and I was also really depressed at that time.

From mid Feb,I have always made sure I put something healthy or edible in my mouth before 9am.
If you don't like eating breakfast like me,try;

  1. Yoghurt
  2. Fried eggs
  3. Rice and any sauce
  4. Toasted Bread with butter
  5. Tea with honey and brown sugar
  6. Sandwich eg banana and peanut,marmalade sandwich etc
  7. Oats Porridge with warm milk
  8. Baked beans
  9. Fried sausages
  10. Apple,Orange,Banana or any other fruit.

Hair productsthat work for me-when I am natural

HAIR PRODUCTS


Jamaican Mango and Lime products

  • Mango and Shea butter lotion
  • Detangling and itch spray-smells so nice
  • Protein Conditioner
Organic Root Stimulator
  • Smooth and Hold Pudding-from any hair shops
Castor Oil for my edges
KTC brand-can be purchased from Tescos or Asda


Morroccan Argan Oil Styling Gel Eco styler-Slicks my edges but flakes when its dry

Extras


  • Olive oil
  • Kuza
  • Dax
The rest of the time,I do regular wash with shampoo and triple the amount of shampoo for conditioning and keep the conditioner in for 1 hour at least and I add olive oil and sometimes egg yolk or chocolate  or honey or avocado and then wash it out with warm or cold weather but never hot water as the eggs might scramble.
Then,I moisturise with any of the products above depending on what kind of look I am going for and finish off my with the Eco styler gel and a nice fine bristled brush (Tressemme) and tie my hair in a pony tail or sleek hair do or leave it curly in a twist out.
Thats about it.I thought I'd share my routine with you all.
