Bridal Collections from Asos and H&M

Bridal wear and Makeup have taken the world by storm with more and more people more focused on their looks than ever before.


We know makeup has evolved in the years but Bridal Market has boomed over the years with more and more people marrying and divorcing and remarrying. Its almost a cycle which I hope become too common as divorce is not the best circumstance to have around.


On a more positive light, Asos last month introduced a bridal collection and has just this morning introduced the Asos wedding Chapel. I think that is well cheeky by the way although clever ways of branding. It almost takes the sanctity of marrying in a traditional church building away-That's debatable certainly based on one's beliefs but I wont get into that for the sake of the integrity of my blog.


Anyways,H&M have decided to follow in the footsteps of Asos and have announced the launching of a bridal line on the 7th of April, with price ranging between £149.99 to £399.How FETCH is that?


Its ridiculously affordable and you will understand after you visit a bridal shop or you watch your friends and family pay throusands for dresses that are only going to be worn in a day.


I certainly don't want to influence even as I do that by encouraging you to pay attention to H&M, Glamour Magazine and other websites to announce the release of their bridal wear.

Rape-Sexual assault...how to deal with it

Growing up,I have had many instances where I have felt disrespected and assaulted by men and I have wondered how I could have dealt with that.Some of these men have been strangers whilst others have been people I have known and entertained as friends.
I have been cornered and suppressed a few times by men and it is only God who has delivered me out of those circumstances and kept me in Grace to keep my head high.
I came accross this topic because lately sexual assault has been coming up so I decided to address it.
Yesterday,I was thinking of the length of sentence a woman receives in case she killed someone  as a response to rape or sexual assault and my friends discussed the recent story of a lady who  received a sentence of 16yrs a few weeks ago for killing someone who tried to rape and killed him out of self-defense.
I would not advice any of these methods but pray for God to save and deliver you from such attacks....If it comes to this however and you feel powerless and need escape...choose these but do not put yourself in a situation where you would have to deal with these.
Some defenses-

• Jab in the crotch with the knee
• Pepper Spray
• Rapex-mostly used in South Africa

PEPPER SPRAY

A word to the wise is enough,avoid circumstances where you would have to deal with these but bear in mind that these only cripple a man for a few minutes and if he does recover,he will harm you or kill you so you have to be careful and extra vigilant even with the people you know.

New post...yay...I need a toner btw people

Ok,so I'm back but before I proceed I have to remind you that the devil is a liar...yes he is...SOOOO,my laptop charger broke and my internet stopped working eventhough I was supposed to have access to the internet and I had exam which means revising at home without books was just a pain in my backside but its working now after what felt like forever.Now I have a testimony....Glory be to God(All say Hallelujah)...its working.

Anyways,i took my first exam yesterday and I did not finish writing everything but God is good so i  hold on to that and expect an excellent grade....:):):)

My internet has just decided to work so I thought I'd take the opportunity to say hi to you guys....hope you are all well....I need some girl advice....I really wanna get into make up artistry so I have decided to test a lot of products on myself to increase my knowledge base and also have first-hand experience and knowledge of beauty products so that my work will be easy when you guys start hiring and paying me.....I need a TONER BASICALLY....any recommendations please???

My skin type is combination but more on the oil side....write down as many as you can think of and I will do a bit of research on it...Thanks darlings...xxxxxx
